You are in a 100% contract if you play correctly. You have a bit of a problem in that your club suit is blocked. If you draw trumps and play on clubs, misguessing the Q, you will be unable to run your last clubs when they force you to ruff a diamond and the blockage is still there. You might consider discarding a club from dummy on the 4th round of trumps - better. Now you can just play out AKJ of clubs and concede a trick to the Q. But wait, either opponent with 4 clubs can defeat you by ducking this trick. What about leading a club towards dummy first before touching trumps - better still, but West will still defeat you if he has a club void by ruffing and leaving you with a club loser. We can do better yet, by discarding the diamond instead of a club on the 3rd round of trumps. Now the AKJ of clubs puts the opponents in, and if they return a diamond, we can ruff in hand and discard the blocking club from dummy for a happy ending.
