The Observatory is open to the public on the 5th and 20th of each month. Find out more!

The evening begins with a short presentation by a department astronomer. The talk is followed by observing if weather permits.

• Astronomy/Space Camps: Looking for an out of this world adventure? Now is the time to look for and apply for astronomy and space camps!

• Teachers! Troop leaders!! Do you want to bring your class or scouts to the observatory to see the sky? We have two programs -- a day program (safely observe the sun) and night programs.
