- The Final Exam was
Tuesday, 5/17 from 8-10 a.m.
- The textbook's website, www.astronomyplace.com, has
helpful quizzes and interactive demos. You might want to use it
to study. You should be able to sign up for a username and
password with the information you got with your textbook if you bought
it new. If not, contact me for a generic username and password.
- An abbreviated version of Professor Miller's lecture
notes are now being posted online as pdfs.
- Exam II was Thursday,
4/14. It covered chapters 5 and 10-13.
- An example of a past Exam II from the Astr 101 class is
available on their website.
Topics may vary from those taught in our class!
- The powerpoint from our review for Exam II can be downloaded here. We didn't get to nearly
all of it - try the rest yourself!
- Exam I was Tuesday,
3/10. Practice
exam (word document) (from a different class - format will be
similar, content may differ). Exams were returned in discussion
section - if you weren't there and you want it back, you need to
contact me.
- Homework policy: on
the duedate (always Tuesdays), homework
received after
9:45
will be docked 20%. If you turn it in on Wednesday or before 9:45
on Thursday, it will be accepted but docked 40%. Anything
after that will NOT be accepted.
