Comet Movies!

Rudy Ziegler at the old High Performance Research Computing (HPRC) Visualization Lab at the University of Toronto generously helped me put together a 15-minute video of tidal breakup models of Comet D/SL9, work done in collaboration with Erik Asphaug and Lance Benner. The video is available to interested researchers for a small fee to cover the cost of the tape, mailing, and packaging...send me e-mail. Rudy also generated some nice MPEG animations from the video.

The HPRC no longer exists: it has been replaced by the Centre for Academic Technology.

NOTE: These MPEGs are best viewed using the latest version of mpeg_play.
