The next day (3/25/07) I went on a solo expedition to find a Golden Eagle nest (and hopefully some Golden Eagles!). On the map, I drove to le Prignolet near the top, parked south of les Pandouis (near the spot marked "Pyl." on the map, a communication tower), and hiked west to les Coulettes and beyond, to the base of a steep cliff, where I found the nest, but alas no eagles.
