This file contains the daily Toyokawa solar fluxes for 1000, 2000, 3750 and
9400 MHz from 1 January 1980 to 31 December 1991.  The data were digitized
from hardcopy using scanners and OCR software.  The first 8 years were
digitized independently by E.J. Schmahl and H. Coffey, and the dozen or so
remaining errors were found and corrected.  The data for 1980-1987 are now
almost certainly in 100% agreement with the printed archives.

The data for 1988-1989 have not been compared with other data, but have
been checked for internal consistency.  Based on the statistics of the
1980-1987 data corrections, there are probably about 3 to 8 errors.
The years 1990 and 1991 have not been thoroughly checked, and
are expected to contain more errors.

Missing data are represented by negative values, whose absolute
values are the interpolates of the neighboring values.
