3) Calculate the launch velocity and the time that it would take for a spacecraft to go from the Earth to Neptune on a ``least energy'' orbit. A least energy orbit is one in which the perihelion is the orbit of the Earth and the aphelion is the orbit of Neptune; so chapter 4.1g for a longer explanation.

5) Calculate the local sidereal time for your location right now using the rough formula given in the notes. Write down the day and time that you are doing this problem and show your work.
