7. Determine the cooling time for Uranus.For the heat capacity, use a column
one scale height deepand a molar specific heat Cp = 5R/2. The
cooling time is just the reciprocal of the fraction of the total heat
radiated per second according to the Stefan-Boltzmann law using the
effective temperature of the planet.
