ASTR695 LECTURE SCHEDULE
FALL 2020

After my introductory talk to you about progress through grad school and beyond, the initial part of this course is a brief introduction to computing. On each Monday starting September 27, two half-hour talks will be presented in PSC 1148, the first from 5:00-5:30pm and the second from 5:45-6:15pm.

For general computing information, you should check out our astro wiki.

and Alex Dittmann's slides on general computing

Our former student John Vernaleo also has some helpful software notes here.

Also, Becca Levy has provided a very helpful guide to LaTeX, specifically using Overleaf, here.
