2000 North East Regional Badminton Championships

Hosted by Swarthmore College under the supervision of coach Dan Sears 66 players from 8 colleges gathered in the Swarthmore gym and battled for the Eastern Collegiate titles. The titles were fairly evenly spread between the two domineering team from Howard U. and U. Penn, with a slight edge to Howard in most categories. Not surprisingly Howard took the team trophy back from U Penn who won it last year.
