Book Reviews by Melissa N. Hayes-Gehrke
I read a lot of science fiction and fantasy. Once I read a book, it
often sticks in my mind for days, so I thought I'd write down my
thoughts a little more formally as a review. Sometimes I concentrate
on themes in the book, sometimes I think more about the background
science, sometimes the characters - whatever strikes me. I usually
wait a few weeks after I've finished the book to write the review in
order to let the ideas I have about the book coalesce; however, this
means that I may get a few details incorrect, despite my efforts to
look up relevant items in the book.
All of my reviews have spoilers for the books and are, of course,
completely my own opinions. I welcome any email with comments.
