Take the Tour

Here is a picture of the house from the front. Go around the left side of the house into the backyard to get to the entrance to the basement apartment. (Click any photo for a larger image).
This is the entrance to the basement unit. There is an outside light for the staircase that is motion and light sensitive - it turns on automatically when it detects movement at night. Go down the stairs and through the outside door.
From the entrance, you've just walked across the main room and have turned to look back toward the main entrance. The French-style door is half open, and one of room's two windows is visible on the left. Note the built-in shelving between the window and the door. There is also a small closet in far corner to the right.
Turning to your right, you now look from the main room across the hall and into the bedroom area. Stairs to the left lead up to the main level of the house.
After a few steps forward, you enter a short hallway and peer through the door for a closer look at the small bedroom. Just visible to the left are shelves that extend the full length of one wall. This room has a single window.
Turning to your left and taking a few steps forward, you now have a view into the bathroom from the hall. The bedroom is behind you on your right, the main room is behind you on your left, and the kitchen is to the right. The bathroom has one window.
Entering the private bathroom, you see the shower stall (far left), sink, and toilet.
Backing up a few steps and turning to your right, you get a view of the kitchen from its entrance. The kitchen doubles as a laundry room which is shared with the landlords. Cabinets over the washer/dryer are for your use.

You enter the kitchen, and turn around to look back toward the door noting the refrigerator, microwave, and lots of shelving.
Turning to your right, you see the kitchen sink, the small oven/stove unit, and more kitchen cabinets. Note the shelves above the kitchen sink.
