This documentation describes the idl defined control interface to the Master Clock Subsystem.

This is probably not necessary since there is only one DO, but we'll put it in for completeness and maintainability. The interface consists of the following:
carma::clock::System - the global clock system access DO.
carma::clock::ClockControl - Clock control DO.
