DAQcore: a General Purpose Data Acquisition CANbus Node

This memo contains a detailed description of a general purpose data
acquisition CANbus node developed by the author at the RAL. The
planned uses of this node include the monitoring and control of the
correlation water vapor radiometer, and the CARMA IF amplifier and
related fiber optic components. The module is general enough, however,
to be useful in many other applications.
