Inside Pilliga Pottery
A family-run business, they are quite happy to let you wonder around and see how they make and paint the pots. Johannes, the son of the founders, gave me a demonstration, making a large vase on the potter's wheel (and using the edge of an old credit card to smooth the surface). They made me tea and I bought a mug beautifully painted with a blue bird.
