Fast-sampler Correlator Configuration Comparison

This document provides a high-level comparison between several correlator
board configuration options related to the fast-sampler hardware upgrade,
with emphasis on the implications for spectral line observations. Possible
upgrades to the correlation logic to increase resolution are also discussed.
