cmhog2 is a continuation of the code developed by
Piner, Stone and Teuben (see their paper
Nuclear Rings and Mass Inflow in Hydrodynamic Simulations of Barred Galaxies
in 1995ApJ...449..508P). A
manual
describes later (2002/2003) additions,
such as reading a grid potential derived from observations or models,
as well as a bug uncovered in 2011 about a sign error in
the azimuthal force.
