I have been trying produce the following movies for the last three months.It's decribing hoe the poynting flux penetrate the magnetopause.Best viewed by mpeg_player.

1:the movie from tail_t5.hdf data.

a)test.mpeg Poynting flux penetrating(The background is Log Pressure).

b)improve.mpeg (Thismovie is showing the relations between magnetic field line or its reconnection and Poyting flux.)

c)tail-4.mpeg (I am always wondering why poyting flux can penetrate during the IMF turning from Northward to Southward.It's actually shown in our code.Sure,it's of the different direction compared with velocity field.So I hope I can explain why this could happen in our code.)

2:The variation of Open magnetic flux at Northern,Southen polar cap region:

a)from May15,1996 data(solar wind hit at the bow shock)

b)from tail_t5 data (IMF Change from Northen to Southen,Reconnection happen.)

3:Fourier transfrom of the time serierial data belong to the points on the upper half part of noon midnight plane.(216 points are choosed)
