Zorawar Wadiasingh is a broad theorist who works on the interface between theory and observation. His core research focuses on the physics, phenomenology and emission models of neutron stars, magnetars and related systems in high-energy astrophysics. He was involved with pioneering theories predicting ultra-long-period magnetars as a new type of neutron star potentially related to some fast radio bursts and long-period radio transients.
