2009 - Mortarboard for Kelsea

 My Niece Kelsea graduated from high school this year, so I made 
a mortarboard to commemorate the event.

The flat board is made from popsicle sticks, and the curved hat
part is made from newspaper and glue.  The tassel is just a bundle 
of heavy thread bound up by gold thread.
