Hobbies

1992 - Rocking Horse

I enjoy a lot of different types of hobbies. Presently I seem to spend a lot of time drawing on envelopes (a tradition, started by a group of friends in college, that has snowballed...), and making Christmas ornaments.

I started making Christmas ornaments when, in 1988, my Mom asked everyone who was coming for Christmas to bring an ornament to personalize the tree. I ended up spending three days making a little log cabin out of popsicle sticks. I have continued to make an ornament each year, although they seem to take much longer than three days now. After the first few, they evolved to commemorate something that has occurred during the previous year.
