Title: Lowell Discovery Telescope: Capabilities, Proposing, and Observing

We will discuss instrumentation and observing capabilities and instrumentation available at the Lowell Discovery Telescope. We will describe RIMAS, the new infrared imager/spectrometer being built by NASA Goddard with UMD participation. We will discuss how to estimate appropriate exposure times and how to propose for observing time. Remote observing capabilities will be discussed.
