I am a Ph.D. candidate in Department of Astronomy at University of Maryland, College Park. After spending many years at Yonsei University in South Korea, I moved to here to get Ph.D. degree.

I am interested in the formation of Population III stars and the first galaxies. Using numerical hydrodynamics simulation code RAMSES, I am studying gas collapse in minihalos in various radiation backgrounds and the interplay between Population III stars and background radiation.
