"Learn the Sky Nights" is our very popular amateur astronomy program. It is a non-credit, just-for-fun class offered at the UMD Observatory during the summer each year. Our goal is to teach interested folks some basic amateur observing techniques. In some years, we are able to offer advanced sessions as well that cover the next level of observing. Be sure to check back in late May for the details about the next LTSN session!
