Dennis J. Chornay
Research Engineer
I work at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center within the Heliophysics and Planetary Science Divisions. My responsibilities include the design, construction, and calibration of a wide range of instruments used in space physics research. These instruments primarily focus on the detection and analysis of electrons, ions, and neutral atoms through specialized spectrometers. In addition to particle instruments, I have also contributed to the development of X-ray imaging detectors.
