PhD from The Johns Hopkins University in 1992 with dissertation on Jupiter aurora in the UV. At Goddard Space Center since 1991, under various employers, studying chemistry, dynamics, and evolution of gravitationally bound atmospheres at all the major planets of the Solar System. Investigating water in the Moon, and elsewhere, since 2011.
