I study galaxies, and the ways in which they change and evolve over time. I am interested in galactic outflows, active galactic nuclei (AGN), and the circumgalactic medium—particularly, the ways in which all of these things interact. I also study the ways that AGN affect and are affected by their host galaxies. I am primarily an observer, and have worked with data from the Very Large Telescope and Hubble Space Telescope.
