Title: "Wellness Workshop: Managing Imposter Syndrome"

Learn what imposter syndrome is, why it occurs, and the skills to work on overcoming it, so you can go from self-doubt to confidence. Led by an expert from the UMD Counseling Center. Note: The expert will be on Zoom, as will be some students from other departments; to participate remotely on Zoom, you must pre-register at https://counseling.umd.edu/workshops (choose option Resilience and Adaptability - THursdays 4:00 pm and register for Oct 20). We will also participate as a group in PSC 1136 - we have already registered for this. The workshop will begin at 4 pm on the hour. All faculty and students are encouraged to attend!
