Transients from Magnetars

Abstract: I'll chat about magnetar transients and their diversity, physics and phenomenology -- short bursts, giant flares, fast radio bursts, and possible long period radio transients. I'll discuss the landscape of the field, and forecast the next decade and what we might learn.
