Dr. Teng is a postdoctoral associate in Prof. Alberto Bolatto's research group. She received her Ph.D. in Physics from University of California San Diego in 2024. She also received a M.S. degree in Physics and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Her research focuses on molecular gas and star formation in nearby galaxies, aiming to understand how molecular gas properties and its distribution within galaxies shape the star formation processes and impact the secular evolution of galaxies. She is broadly interested in observational studies of star formation, interstellar medium, galactic nuclei, and galaxy evolution. For more information, please check out her personal website.
